I’m Kat, the founder of Curated By Kat. My journey began in 2021 when my husband and I moved to New Zealand, and I discovered a gap in the market for fine 18k solid gold jewelry—a passion I developed while living in the United Arab Emirates for nearly five years. I realized that jewelry is more than just an accessory; it’s an investment in beauty and design. Curated by Kat is not just a business for me; it’s my creative outlet, much like a child that I nurture with care and attention.

Fast forward to 2023, I welcomed my first child, embracing the joys and challenges of motherhood. While I refocus on what truly matters—my daughter—I’m thrilled to have the support of my friends Laarnie and Jaque as we continue this exciting journey together, bringing you unique pieces that reflect our shared love for fine jewellery and individuality.

Alongside with Kat & Laarnie, I co-own Curated Studio. I migrated in New Zealand in 2015. I am a Renal Nurse by profession. I have always loved anything sparkly & gold, always believed that your Jewelry introduces you before you speak, it is an instant language. I am Honoured to be a part of curated studio whereine we bring you the gold you make it sparkle! With our curated jewelries, we aim to make ordinary into something elevated, classy & sophisticated.
