Refund policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right please email us at hello@curatedstudio.co.nz and we will try our best to accommodate your request.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong one. In the unlikely event that you received a faulty or defective product, please send us an email at hello@curatedstudio.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellations
All sales are final and can’t be cancelled once order has been dispatched. No cancellation of orders for customized and preorder items once payment has been made. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@curatedstudio.co.nz.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for return and exchange item.
