Curated Studio will try our best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. All orders will be sent with tracking number and signature will be required upon delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

New Zealand: Local orders flat rate NZ$15

We offer free delivery/pick up for Hamilton based customers.

Australia: 30NZD

How long does shipping take?

North Island: 1-2 days

South Island: 2-3 days

Australia: 5-10 days

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will immediately receive an email notification with the tracking number. Kindly make sure to enter the correct and full address at checkout in order to avoid shipping issues or undeliverable orders.

Do I need to pay for customs?

International customers are liable for additional import taxes and custom fees. Fees are determined by destination country and we cannot provide an estimate for these.
